Rest Day Massage Treatments

myofacial release massage using hands and fingers pressing on trigger points in the shoulder area
deep tissue oil massage with shoulder manipulation

I will use a range of techniques during your Rest Day Massage, which will be tailored to your individual needs. There's no need to decide which 'type of massage' you should get- I will create the perfect hybrid for you.

These techniques include:
thai table massage- mobilisation of hip and knee joints

Thai table stretching, whereby I will manipulate your back, limbs & joints to encourage the flexibility & ease of range of motion that we desire.

deep tissue massage - use of forearms to release tension in shoulders

Deep tissue oil massage, where I will work through your muscles deeply, manually stretching out the muscles and easing out tightness and knots using my forearms & hands.

tok sen therapy tools- wooden tools used to break down knots behind the scapula area

Tok Sen therapy tools can be incorporated. These wooden tools originate from Thailand, Tok Sen meaning clearing energy lines. It is a gentle & therapeutic way of softening & relaxing soft tissue by sending vibrations through the body, allowing for more effective deep tissue work to take place.

Myofascial release-I will identify key trigger points, applying pressure and manipulating to release facial and muscle tension that will in turn relax and loosen up the surrounding area.

myofascial release - identifying trigger point in the shoulder and holding until the fascia and muscle relax and soften
